Production Associate – Industrial Coatings Manufacturing

Location: Houston, TX 77095
Pay: Up to $18.00/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Occasional Saturdays Required

Position Summary

DIHO Consulting USA is seeking dependable Production Associates for a growing industrial coatings manufacturer in Northwest Houston. This role supports the production, mixing, packaging, and movement of industrial paint and coating products used throughout the construction, transportation, petrochemical, and manufacturing industries.

Candidates with manufacturing, production, warehouse, paint, chemical, or industrial labor experience are encouraged to apply. Entry-level candidates with strong work ethic and reliability will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist with manufacturing and production operations
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment
• Move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility
• Follow production formulas, work instructions, and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Support mixing, batching, filling, and packaging operations as assigned
• Perform quality checks and inspections

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
• Paint, coatings, chemical, or industrial production experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to work safely around industrial equipment and chemicals
• Forklift experience is a plus
