RATES STARTING AT $20.00-$22.00/hour (based on experience) + $1.50/hour shift premium

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturers instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions.
• Performs daily shift startup checks on all operating production lines.
• Coordinates with Maintenance and Engineering to evaluate, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment malfunctions.
• Responsible for verifying and documenting calibration status, machine settings etc.
• Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
• Coordinates with Maintenance and Engineering to evaluate, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment malfunctions.
• Responsible for proper storage, control, and identification of tooling and sub-equipment
• Must follow all lock out/ tag out procedures.
• Suggests process and safety improvement ideas
• Follow all company safety guidelines and process.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• 2-3 years' experience in a fast-paced manufacturing work environment
• Analytical Trouble Shooting.
• Ability to read technical drawings/prints.
• Strong mechanical/technical aptitude.
• Computer skills as required by stated accountabilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Other: Provide overtime coverage for alternate shifts or weekends as required
