We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Technician I to join our manufacturing team in Fairfield, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for operating production equipment to manufacture advanced composite materials while ensuring quality, safety, and production standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
Operate production machinery and equipment to manufacture advanced composite materials.
Perform machine setup, operation, and changeover activities.
Conduct in-process quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
Label, package, and prepare finished products for shipment.
Accurately complete production and manufacturing documentation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Identify and report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, and product defects.
Support continuous improvement efforts to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
