The fuel technician is responsible for the assembly and testing of the remanufacturing of fuel injection units.
Essential Responsibilities
- Responsible for the visual and quantifiable inspection of the final result of their process.
- Perform complex, routine and non-routine close tolerance assembly and testing of fuel injectors or their components. While following stringent assembly and test procedures.
- Participate in and support the principle of Open Book Management and recognize the responsibilities of being a part owner of the company.
- Setup (calibration) of precision assembly tools and test equipment.
- Clean and organize area daily being extremely detail oriented.
- Must use various air and electric hand tools.
- Meticulous tracking of critical data.
- Crucial attention to detail.
- Responsible for the disassembly, cleaning and assembly of the fuel injector, per current processes.
