    Job Summary & Job Duties

    The Production Technician II is a skilled manufacturing role responsible for operating advanced machinery, performing intermediate setups, and supporting efficient and safe production operations. This position plays a key role in maintaining product quality through accurate blueprint interpretation, in-process inspections, and adherence to established standards. The technician proactively monitors equipment performance, conducts preventive maintenance, and troubleshoots routine production issues to minimize downtime and ensure consistent workflow.

    • Operates advanced machinery and performs intermediate setups and adjustments • Monitors machine performance and performs preventive maintenance • Troubleshoots routine production issues and proposes corrective actions • Reads and interprets complex blueprints and specifications • Conducts in-process inspections and ensures parts meet quality standards • Trains junior team members and processes equipment • Maintains a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S standards

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Education: High School Diploma/GED; Vocational or technical training in manufacturing, machinery, or related field (preferred) • Experience: 2+ years of production experience or specialized training

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Intermediate understanding of machine operations and production processes • Proficient in interpreting blueprints and technical specifications • Experience with quality control procedures and tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers) • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for equipment and process issues
