Job Overview:
The Spartanburg II operation is a state-of-the-art coffee grinding and K-Rounds packaging start-up facility. The site will operate on the foundational principles of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance); leverage the principles of Lean manufacturing and harness the power of High-Impact Teams. This includes partnering with maintenance, machine changeovers, and making minor adjustments. This role will also be engaged in the improvement of manufacturing processes for the improvement of safety, quality, delivery, cost and culture. The site will run on state-of-the-art enterprise IT and manufacturing execution systems with highly automated processing and packaging.
Production Technician II
Production Technician II is responsible for maintaining and monitoring production machinery to maximize production and maintain Keurig Dr Pepper's high standards in safety and quality. This role will also be responsible for demonstrating and applying knowledge of manufacturing processes to the improvement of safety, quality, delivery, cost and culture.
Schedule: This is a full time position eventually working 12hr Night Shift. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends and holidays as scheduled is required. As the site gets up and running this year, the starting shift and schedule for the first few months will be a 4x10 Day shift schedule with rotating OT on Fridays.
