Sets up necessary technical equipment such as lighting, sound systems, and microphones, video equipment in both indoor and outdoor performance spaces.
Operates counterweight fly system, including adding and removing counter weight to and from arbor. Must be able to climb ladders and repetitively lift 25lbs.
Operates equipment during performances, such as spot light, light board, audio mixer, and video switcher in both indoor and outdoor performance spaces.
Assists with constructing and breaking down sets.
Unloads and loads trucks of theatrical equipment, such as speakers, lighting equipment, deck pieces, rigging equipment.
Must be able to lift 50lbs.
Moves set pieces and other equipment on and off the stage during performances.
Maintains the cleanliness of the performance venue and its backstage areas.
Perform repairs and routine maintenance on theatrical equipment.
