A Shift; Sunday- Tuesday and every other Wednesday 6am-6pm
B Shift; Thursday-Saturday and every other Wednesday 6am-6pm
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Assemble computer servers according to technical specifications and engineering drawings.
Install and configure server components, including motherboards, CPUs, memory, storage devices, and networking components.
Effectively partnering with operations leads and supervisors to facilitate the continuation of production processes.
Ability to comprehend and execute instructions with utmost precision and accuracy.
Capable of installing servers and switches into racks.
Perform multiple aspects of the systems integration processes.
Operate production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure the
timely and efficient production of goods.
Work closely with other members of the production team, including supervisors, quality control personnel, etc., to optimize production processes and resolve issues as they arise.
Identify opportunities for process improvements or efficiency gains, proposing solutions to leadership to enhance overall productivity and quality of given the opportunity
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
Previous electronic assembly experience is required
Previous experience in data center, electronics, manufacturing, or equipment assembly is highly preferred
Must be able to successfully pass a reading and comprehension assessment
Must be able to successfully pass a background check
Must be able to lift up to 5065 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift
Must be comfortable standing and working for the entire shift
Ability to follow detailed work instructions, assembly procedures, diagrams, and schematics
Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately assemble components according to specifications
Comfortable working with hand tools and basic assembly equipment
Experience using computer systems and scanners; experience with Optail is a plus
Experience with 5S/Lean manufacturing practices is a plus
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, production-focused data center environment
Must follow all safety, quality, and cleanliness procedures
Work attire: Comfortable, work-appropriate clothing is required. Long, work-appropriate shorts are permitted.
