Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our team. In this role, you will help assemble, test, and support the packaging of products following company and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and test products based on set guidelines.
Calibrate units using engineering standards.
Assist with packaging of products as needed.
Follow instructions from supervisors to support production goals.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a 2-year technical degree is preferred.
Basic understanding of electronics and mechanical assembly.
Familiarity with computers and troubleshooting.
Soldering skills are a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
Good communication skills and team mindset.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, stand, bend, and use hands for repetitive tasks.
Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally.
Visual requirements include close and color vision.
