Production Technician-Instrumentation

Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a Production Technician-Instrumentation to join their client's dynamic team in Colorado. This position involves working with various instrumentation products, ensuring they meet quality standards and production requirements. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Unpack, label, test, calibrate, and re-pack instrumentation as required by the production schedule.
• Maintain accurate records for the testing of each instrument.
• Validate new product procedures and engineering changes on forward-production initiatives.
• Remove waste generated by the production lines and maintain a clean work environment.
• Inspect, test, label, and package instrumentation products.
• Ensure production products contain the proper components and quantities.
• Maintain quality records of tested instruments.
• Maintain production areas in compliance with good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures.
• Perform QA/QC checks on instruments as outlined in Production SOP.
• Identify and report on equipment malfunctions to management, including pulling SW logs and tracking HW failures.
• Operate a forklift in a safe and efficient manner.
• Assist in the training of new personnel and temporary help in the department.
• Maintain bi-weekly timecards for payroll purposes, including logging overtime, holidays, sick leave, and personal time.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to troubleshoot errors and problems encountered during the production process.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Proficiency in using company email.
• Ability to work in and assist in the development of a team environment.

Required Work Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Benefits:

Competitive pay ranging from $22 to $25 per hour.
