Production Technician

The Production Technician will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing operations within a small team environment. This position involves operating and maintaining equipment, guaranteeing product quality, and adhering to safety standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a manufacturing setting and possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform quality assurance checks to maintain product standards
• Follow all safety regulations and compliance protocols
• Handle inventory and materials with care to support production needs
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues promptly
• Execute light carpentry tasks as needed
