About Us:
US Concrete Products is seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team in Baltimore, Maryland. This is a full-time, hands-on production role within a fast-paced concrete manufacturing environment.

Schedule:
  • Second Shift
    Monday–Friday
    2:30 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.
Pay:
$19.00 – $21.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:
  • Support daily manufacturing and production operations
  • Operate production line equipment safely and efficiently
  • Package and stack finished materials
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility
  • Assist with palletizing, shrink wrapping, and material handling
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Work collaboratively with team members to maintain production flow
  • Perform additional production, warehouse, and general labor duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or labor experience is helpful but not required
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Comfortable working in a physically demanding manufacturing setting
  • Ability to communicate professionally and follow instructions
  • Driver’s license preferred for future forklift training opportunities
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
  • Ability to regularly lift and move materials throughout the workday
  • Ability to work in varying indoor manufacturing conditions, including heat, dust, noise, and vibration
  • Ability to safely perform physical job duties required throughout the workday
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
