Job Store Staffing is hiring Production Technicians for a growing aluminum extrusion and manufacturing facility. If you're dependable, hardworking, and ready to learn, this is a great opportunity to start a career in manufacturing.

What You'll Do
- Assist with daily production and manufacturing operations
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
- Operate production equipment while following safety procedures
- Perform assembly, packaging, deburring, finishing, and material handling
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Read work instructions, blueprints, and drawings
- Measure parts using calipers and other precision tools
- Report equipment issues and quality concerns to supervisors
- Assist with packaging and shipping as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work in different production areas as assigned

- Manufacturing or production
- Assembly or warehouse work
- Packaging or shipping

- Experience with hand tools or calipers
- Forklift experience is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for up to 10-hour shifts
- Frequently bend, reach, push, pull, and lift
- Regularly lift 30–50 lbs.
- Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality
- Work safely around manufacturing equipment
