Job Store Staffing is hiring Production Technicians for a growing aluminum extrusion and manufacturing facility in Colorado Springs, CO (80915).
We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals with previous manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or production experience who are ready to join a stable company and grow their skills.

Location: Colorado Springs, CO 80915 Schedule: Monday–Thursday Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Pay: $15.35/hour

What You'll Do
Operate production equipment and machinery
Assemble, package, deburr, and finish products
Load, unload, and move materials
Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
Read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
Use calipers and other measuring tools
Assist with packaging and shipping
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Work with your team to meet daily production goals
What We're Looking For
Previous manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or production experience is required
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Willingness to learn new equipment and processes
Basic math and computer skills
High School Diploma or GED preferred

Physical Requirements
Stand and walk for up to 10-hour shifts

Perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
