Job Responsibilities
- Assist with daily manufacturing and production operations
- Operate production equipment and machinery
- Load, unload, and move materials
- Perform assembly, packaging, deburring, and finishing
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Read blueprints, work instructions, and drawings
- Measure parts using calipers and other measuring tools
- Assist with packaging and shipping
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Support production goals and continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic math and computer skills
- Willingness to learn new equipment and processes
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
