Your core duties will include blending raw materials per specified formulas, maintaining detailed inventory records, and ensuring equipment is clean and ready for operation. You'll be responsible for handling film rolls, preparing them for shipment, and entering crucial production data. You will also assist in the set-up and transition of blown-film lines, perform scheduled maintenance, and conduct quality checks on products. Effective communication with supervisors and colleagues is crucial for troubleshooting defects and maintaining a safe, organized workspace. Familiarity with safely operating various manufacturing machinery and tools is essential, along with reporting any operational issues. Physical activity includes frequent lifting of items up to 20 pounds and occasionally up to 60 pounds. Proficiency in English communication is necessary for success in this role.
