    Production Technician I

    Fairfield, CA

    • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
    • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM 

    Position Summary

    The Production Technician I is responsible for operating production machinery to manufacture advanced composite materials. This role involves supporting manufacturing processes, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Operate production machinery to manufacture advanced composite materials
    • Set up, run, and perform changeovers on production equipment
    • Perform in-process quality checks to ensure product specifications are met
    • Label and package finished goods accurately
    • Document manufacturing processes and production data with accuracy
    • Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times
    • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
    • Identify and report equipment or product issues to maintain quality standards

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
    • Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus
    • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
    • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
