Job Title: Production TechnicianLocation: Noblesville, INZip Code: 46060Duration: 11 MonthsPay Rate: $19/hr.Keyword's: #Noblesvillejobs; #Productionjobs.Start Date: ImmediateJob Description Required Qualifications:* High School Diploma or local equivalent and 2 or more years of relevant experience* Ability to communicate, receive, and understand written and verbal instructions in English* Flexibility to work both independently and within a team, with varied daily tasks/responsibilities* Excellent attendance, accountability, teamwork, personal initiative, and work ethic* Excellent time management skills, desire to learn, and flexible approach to daily work tasks* Demonstrated attention to detail and focus on product quality and safe working practices* Demonstrated capabilities in 3 or more of the Key Skills listed below* Entry Level Hardware IT (Experience)Key Responsibilities:* Coordinate with customers to schedule the timely recovery of loaner Ultrasound units.* Maintain accurate records of all recovery activities and customer interactions.* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues related to the recovery process.* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.* Monitor and report on the status of recovery operations to management.* Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency of the recovery process.Qualifications:* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics, customer service, or related fields is a plus.* Proven experience in asset recovery, logistics, or a similar role.* Strong organizational and time management skills.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Proficiency in using computer systems and software for tracking and reporting purposes.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Skills:* Experience in the medical equipment industry.* Knowledge of Ultrasound equipment and its handling.* Familiarity with CRM software and asset management systems.Belcan is an equal opportunity employer.
