Job Details
- Number of Openings: 1
- Start Date: ASAP
- Shift: Day shift - Monday to Friday, 6:45 a.m. - 3:15 p.m.
- Pay Rate: $20/hour
- Training: Schedule determined upon start
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing production equipment
- Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods
- Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products
- Maintain accurate daily production records
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-year solid work experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
- Experience with forklift operation
- Must have been employed during 2025
- No employment gap of 6 months or more from the last employer
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Physical Requirements
- Lifting requirements: 75 lbs. on an occasional basis
- Standing required for the majority of the time, including maneuvering through departments
Pre-Screening Requirements
- Clearance of background and drug screening
- Pass a Physical Agility screening
Additional Information
- Overtime is required and could be 4 hours before or after the scheduled shift
- Steel-toed shoes required (not provided or reimbursed)
- Safety glasses & ear plugs provided
- Potential for full-time hire after 90 days
- Site tours available upon request
