Production Technician (Paint)
Location: Columbus, OH, 43207-2844Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Overtime available based on production needs. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and paint vehicles, ensuring a smooth, high-quality finish.
- Sand surfaces, remove parts, and mask areas to protect them during the painting process.
- Mix paints according to vehicle color codes to match existing finishes.
- Apply primers, lacquers, enamels, and epoxy coatings using spray guns, brushes, rollers, and other painting equipment.
- Measure paint thickness and inspect for consistency and quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety and quality standards.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of factory-related painting experience.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic production environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
