Production Technician (Construction Materials)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Production Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery and handling raw materials to create high-quality construction products (such as precast concrete, insulation, roofing, or composite materials).

Key Responsibilities
Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment used in the fabrication of construction materials.
Material Preparation: Batch, mix, and pour raw materials according to specific formulations and technical blueprints.
Quality Control: Perform regular inspections and measurements to ensure all products meet industry standards and project specifications.
Assembly & Finishing: Use hand tools and power tools to trim, sand, or assemble components into finished goods.
Safety & Maintenance: Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols; perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance on equipment.
Inventory Tracking: Log production data and monitor material levels to ensure an efficient workflow.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or a warehouse environment is preferred.
Technical Aptitude: Ability to read tape measures, follow technical drawings, and operate basic machinery.
Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a production environment that may be dusty or loud.
Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for identifying defects or inconsistencies in materials.
Team Player: Strong communication skills and a reliable work ethic.
