Overview

We are seeking reliable and mechanically inclined Production Machine Operators to support manufacturing operations in a fast paced production environment. This is a hands on role where you will operate specialized machinery to produce finished products, focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency.

This is not a warehouse or forklift role it is a machine operation position ideal for candidates with an industrial background who are eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

  • Operate production machinery to manufacture products (training provided)
  • Load raw or unfinished materials into machines and unload finished components
  • Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications
  • Read and use a tape measure accurately for product verification
  • Follow all safety procedures, policies, and work instructions
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area (housekeeping)
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding work issues or production needs
  • Work overtime as required

Required Qualifications

  • Recent industrial or manufacturing experience
  • Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn and operate machinery
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (to waist height; not continuous)
  • Ability to follow directions and adhere to safety procedures
  • Strong attendance and reliability with a solid work ethic
  • Ability to perform basic measurements and quality checks
  • Professional attitude and clear communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience working with production equipment and quality inspection processes
