We are seeking a Production Technician at our Rushville, IN facility to support seed processing, packaging, quality checks, and equipment maintenance. The role involves safety-first practices, operating automation systems, and working in varied outdoor and indoor conditions. During peak season (Sept-Mar), shifts are 8-10 hours, up to 3 days a week with rotating schedules; off-peak months offer standard 8-hour days with occasional overtime.
Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or willingness to obtain GED within 12 months, safety-minded, good communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be willing to work rotating shifts, overtime, and in challenging environments. Preferred candidates have technical or associate degrees and experience in manufacturing or agriculture.
