Description
You will operate, start up, shut down, and maintain the Air Separation Plant and associated equipment, including tanks, controls, and truck fill systems, to ensure the safe and efficient production of high-purity industrial gases
Monitor plant performance, analyze operating conditions, make process adjustments, and troubleshoot operational upsets to maintain product quality and production targets
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on plant equipment, including compressors, pumps, fans, valves, analyzers, instrumentation, and control systems, to maximize reliability and plant availability
Further, you will troubleshoot plant shutdowns, equipment failures, and control system issues, supporting timely repairs and plant restarts
Read and interpret P&IDs, equipment manuals, electrical schematics, one-line diagrams, and company procedures to support safe and effective operations and maintenance activities
Follow and enforce safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), hazardous work permits, and contractor oversight, while maintaining compliance with all safety and environmental requirements
Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance activities and reliability improvement projects to enhance facility performance and availability
And you will collaborate with plant technicians, contractors, and other Linde business groups while working effectively both independently and within a team environment
Utilize computers and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) for documentation, reporting, communication, and maintenance tracking
