Description: Job Description: Associate will be working with unique machines but must have a drive to learn!
Must have
Recent Industrial background
Mechanically-inclined applicants
Need associates capable of operating our production machinery/work stations productively and safely.
The machine completes all tasks the candidate is responsible for loading uncompleted parts and off loading completed components.
Manual lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted along with no lifting above the shoulder.
Responsible for quality checks and reading of a tape measure.
Duties:
Willingness to work safely by following all procedures and policies required.
Responsible for operating the production machinery to make silt fence products - willing to train.
Machine Operator background preferred.
Mechanically-inclined applicants
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to waist height. (This is not a continuous requirement)
Professional, courteous attitude toward work and ability to communicate work-related issues clearly.
Responsible for housekeeping in immediate work areas.
Work overtime as needed.
This is not a warehouse/forklift position but operation of machines.
We are looking for individuals that are willing to come to work everyday and show up on the first day. Individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow.
