Shift: First Shift
Hours: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM 4:00 PM
Overtime may be required based on production needs.
Safely operate roll forming equipment and related production machinery.
Load metal coils, sheets, and other raw materials using proper handling procedures.
Monitor machine performance and inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
Make routine machine adjustments to maintain production specifications.
Record production information and report any quality or equipment concerns.
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Transport raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods throughout the facility.
Load and unload trucks while following company safety procedures.
Maintain organized storage areas for materials and finished products.
Package finished products according to company standards and customer requirements.
Prepare shipments by labeling, staging, and completing required documentation.
Verify order accuracy before shipment.
Assist with loading outbound shipments.
Assist with the installation and setup of production equipment and workstations.
Support plant layout changes and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment through good housekeeping practices.
Perform routine inspections and basic preventive maintenance on production equipment.
Identify and report equipment issues promptly.
Assist maintenance personnel with troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and operating procedures.
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Report unsafe conditions, hazards, incidents, and near misses immediately.
Participate in safety meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement activities.
Maintain quality standards by inspecting products and following established procedures.
Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
Stand and walk for extended periods.
Perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
Bend, stoop, kneel, and reach as needed.
Work in varying temperatures typical of a manufacturing facility.
This position is performed in a manufacturing facility with exposure to moving machinery, noise, dust, and varying temperatures. Proper PPE is required at all times.
