Production Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for preparing, finishing, and coating a variety of products and components while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces and materials for finishing and coating.
• Apply coatings, finishes, and protective materials according to specifications.
• Operate and maintain production equipment and tools.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and consistency.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshoot issues when needed.
• Work effectively as part of a production team while meeting daily production goals.
• Handle materials and components safely throughout the production process.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, painting, coating, or finishing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment.
• Ability to safely lift and move materials as required.
• Willingness to learn new equipment, processes, and techniques.
