Production Technician

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in complex electro-mechanical equipment, is seeking a dedicated Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing support team, contributing to the assembly and handling of robotic components and materials. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and a proactive approach to teamwork and problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Technician

Location: Westborough, MA

Pay Range: $18.41

Shift: 2nd shift  3:00pm to11:30pm M-F

What's the Job?

• Support the production of complex electro-mechanical equipment through hands-on assembly of robotic components.
• Assist with warehouse material handling, including moving, staging, and delivering materials to workstations.
• Operate pallet jacks, carts, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory accuracy through proper documentation, scanning, and organization of parts.
• Perform quality inspections, follow detailed work instructions, and document actions accurately.

What's Needed?

• Ability to stand for 7+ hours per shift and lift up to 30 pounds regularly.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions in English and operate handheld scanners.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in using basic manufacturing software and performing data entry.
