Production Test Technician 1
Position Overview: This role will assist test & engineering team in standard production & engineering activity including supporting sub-contractor/manufacturing technician and operators, ensuring correct testing and release of production product and providing production & engineering test support.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating the test data analysis tools to support production wafers and making conclusions.
Reviewing and analysing test data and wafer maps for product disposition.
Manipulating test data in the database for production wafers so that the data can be analysed and proceeded.
Generating test operation report and communicating a day-to-day event to supervisor and team.
Monitoring test station status production and Engineering test WIP and communicating to an engineer when there is test or product issues.
Assisting a test/product engineer to handle engineering wafers.
Assisting a test/product engineer to running the data processing tool for engineering data evaluation.
Providing the first level of the product failure mode analysis to an engineer.
Troubleshooting routine test station issues to find the failure hardware so that it can be repaired by the maintenance team.
Supporting all test hardware relocation, installation, and decommission.
Supporting all production requests.
Assisting an operator to verify if it's the product or test hardware related issue so that testing product can move on.
Monitoring the SPC charts of the golden devices being tested on the manual test stations and communicating to an engineer when the data is out of the control limits. Support Engineer in resolving the issue.
Participating in moderate test improvement projects.
Shift work required.

The Salary Range for this position is $37,000 - $55,000. Actual salary offered to candidate will depend on several factors, including but not limited to, work location, relevant candidates' experience, education, and specific knowledge, skills, and abilities.
