As a Temporary Trainer, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our training department by delivering effective hands-on instruction and managing administrative tasks. What You'll Do
As a Temporary Trainer, you will be responsible for:
- Leading practical, hands-on training sessions with operators on the production floor, ensuring clear communication of manufacturing processes.
- Supporting the creation, review, and updating of training materials to keep protocols current and easy to understand.
- Accurately entering and managing training data within internal systems to meet compliance requirements and generate progress reports.
- Organizing and maintaining training records to be audit-ready, ensuring documentation integrity.
- Facilitating effective communication between supervisors, team members, and leadership to coordinate training activities smoothly and efficiently.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong technical writing skills to produce clear, concise training documentation.
- Manufacturing experience, comfortable working safely within a fast-paced production environment.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and the entire Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling effective coaching and collaboration.
