  • Ensure required training and qualifications are completed on time and escalate missed, expired, or unsuccessful training to appropriate supervisors and management.
  • Provide new-hire, refresher, and remedial training based on process changes, workmanship issues, NCR trends, audit findings, or identified skill gaps.
  • Partner with EHS & Facilities to coordinate and deliver safety training, including PPE, hazard communication, ergonomics, emergency procedures, new-hire safety orientation, and other applicable topics.
  • Identify opportunities to expand training that improves employee safety, quality, capability, and operational performance.
  • Follow SEAKR rules and regulations as documented in the SEAKR Employee Handbook.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to teach technical concepts and demonstrate hands-on electronics assembly and workmanship skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, work instructions, specifications, and technical requirements.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training and certification requirements.
  • Ability to identify and escalate training compliance risks.
