That's why we're an employee-owned company. Position: Production Trainer Description: Effectively support new employees assisting with answering questions and training. Responsibilities:Support new employees to help answer questions on builds and work instructions related to buildsLead on the job training of new employees once the employee has completed the harness training programMaintain strong communication between the production team leads and assistant team lead and new employees Help carryout decisions that are associated with overall goals and objectives as stated in our company policies and as directed by ManagementCommunicate issues that may prevent the successful completion of training in an effective and timely mannerAssist in ensuring proper quality work is being performed and is in line with company Quality PoliciesCoach new employee owners with job related issuesManage completion of employee training checklistsAdditional duties and responsibilities as assigned Requirements:Must have strong communication skills to communicate with other employee owners, team leads, and production supervisors.Previous leadership experiences is desiredBasic math and computer skillsHighly organized with ability to work in a fast-paced environmentMust have a positive attitude with a customer appreciation mentalityAbility to lift 50lbs on a regular basisAbility to stand and perform repetitive work for long periods of timeAttention to detail with the ability to problem solveOperate with a sense of teamwork
