Summary:

  • Responsible for the coordination, implementation, and execution of training systems.
  • Focus on developing and innovating training programs to support manufacturing and peripheral groups.
  • Coordinate ongoing and recurring system training for manufacturing training assistants.
  • Implement and maintain training system controls for manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training systems by identifying training needs, researching options, and recommending effective methods.
  • Maintain and enhance quality systems by resolving process issues using customer feedback and automated systems.
  • Communicate certification and training needs by reporting knowledge gaps in manufacturing personnel.
  • Recommend solutions to close identified knowledge gaps.
  • Introduce training system upgrades by implementing more efficient technology and methods.
  • Work on global efforts and support business processes outside of manufacturing by promoting system consistency.
  • Troubleshoot automated systems by identifying problems and initiating changes as needed.
  • Plan and organize project assignments of substantial variety and complexity.
  • Initiate and maintain schedules for projects and project milestones, establishing priorities.
  • Solve complex problems requiring extensive interpretation of procedures and practices.
  • Select methods and practices to solve problems using ingenuity and creativity.
  • Propose solutions independently and make decisions on projects.
  • Develop and implement projects from concept to completion.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma / GED.
  • Minimum 6 years of related work experience or equivalent combination.
  • Extensive knowledge of business concepts, procedures, and practices.
  • Complete understanding of fundamentals in a functional area and working knowledge of related disciplines.
  • Utilize and interpret advanced data to present documentation and analysis, resolving complex problems.
  • Perform extremely complex or specialized assignments independently.
  • Design, develop, or modify area-specific processes or procedures.
  • Considerable judgment, high degree of initiative, and creative approaches in troubleshooting and recommending continuous quality improvement.
