Pay Rate: $27.25 per hour Location: Minnetonka, MN Hours: 3:45 pm - 2:15 am Responsibilities: Develop and implement training systems by identifying basic training needs, researching training options, and recommending the most effective methods. Maintain and enhance quality systems by identifying, isolating, and resolving problems with existing processes using customer feedback and automated systems. Communicate certification and training needs by reporting manufacturing personnel training and knowledge gaps; recommend solutions to close these gaps. Introduce training system upgrades by identifying and implementing more efficient technology and methods to facilitate training across the company. Work on and support global efforts. Support business processes outside of manufacturing by promoting consistency between systems and offering innovative solutions to outside process issues. Troubleshoot automated systems by identifying and researching problems, making changes to the system, or contacting the appropriate group to initiate a change. Plan and organize project assignments of substantial variety and complexity. Initiate or maintain schedules for projects and project milestones, establishing priorities of project assignments. Solve complex problems requiring extensive interpretation of procedures and practices to provide leadership in evolving projects. Select methods and practices to solve problems using ingenuity, creativity, and a high degree of independent action and initiative. Propose solutions independently and make decisions on projects. Develop and implement projects from concept to completion. Requirements: High School Diploma / GED required; Associate's degree or some college credits preferred. Minimum 6 years of related work experience or equivalent combination. Apply extensive knowledge of business concepts, procedures, and practices and a complete understanding of fundamentals in a functional area and working knowledge of other related disciplines. Utilize and interpret advanced data to present documentation and analysis and resolve complex problems within a quality system environment. Perform extremely complex or specialized assignments, usually in the nature of projects, requiring working independently. May design, develop, or modify area-specific processes or procedures. Assignments require considerable judgment, a high degree of initiative, and creative approaches in troubleshooting, making recommendations for continuous quality improvement of work methods for functional areas.A
