We're hiring a Production Utility Worker to join our rubber manufacturing team in Warwick, NY. In this hands-on role, you'll assist with various production and assembly tasks, maintain a clean work area, and follow safety protocols. No experience requiredjust a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Steel-toed shoes are required (not provided). Full-time preferred; part-time and seasonal roles also available. Starting pay is $19.00/hr, with benefits after probation. Complete Tasks Efficiently: Ensure all assigned duties are performed accurately and in a timely manner. Support Team: Follow directions from supervisors, collaborate with teammates, and help maintain a productive and safe work environment. Maintain Cleanliness: Keep your work area clean, organized and safe by returning materials and tools to their designated places. Qualifications We are Looking for Candidates Who: Are eager to learn and grow within a manufacturing environment. Can lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods of time. Follow safety protocols, including always wearing steel-toed shoes and other PPE. Are punctual and have reliable transportation to work. Have a positive attitude, are a team player, and can work independently when needed. Strong basic math skills and be comfortable in working in a hands- on environment. Are at least 18 years of age.
