- Pull materials for the assembly teams and check work orders for accuracy.
- Visually inspect parts for quality.
- Pull finished product to paint and organize according to paint type and dates.
- Maintain the department's 5S program and housekeeping standards.
- Receive training and perform assembly-related tasks as needed, including NEMA building, turning motor end bells, and other assembly functions.
- Be an active participant in the company's suggestion, quality, efficiency, and cost savings program.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Forklift experience is preferred.
- Skills and Key Attributes: Strong organizational and mathematical skills, computer experience, and SAP experience preferred. Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and ability to work in a team environment are essential
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Ability to stand on feet and move around for up to 8-12 hours per day.
