Production Associate – Cosmetics Company

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $16.90 per hour

Job Overview

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Associates to join our growing cosmetics manufacturing team in Walnut, CA. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to quality, safety, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, label, package, and inspect cosmetic products
• Follow production schedules and work instructions
• Maintain quality standards and ensure accuracy of finished products
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines
• Assist with material handling and stocking production lines
• Support team members to meet daily production goals
• Perform other warehouse and production duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 25–30 lbs. as needed
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Previous production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience is a plus but not required
