Production / Warehouse Associate – Bottling

Our client, a leading manufacturing and distribution organization, is seeking a Production / Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Production / Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Bottling Department supporting production, material handling, shipping & receiving, and machine operation teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production / Warehouse Associate 

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Pay Range: $20.00 – $21.00/hour 

Shift: 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), with a 2-2-3 rotating schedule (work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, repeat). Includes working every other weekend.
** Some roles may operate on standard 3rd shift schedule (e.g., 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM),

What's the Job?

• Operate stand-up forklifts to move materials and support production flow
• Supply production lines with materials to prevent downtime
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare materials for shipment

What's Needed?

• Minimum 1 year of stand-up forklift experience
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel and Word)
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and weekends
• High school diploma or GED required
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and perform repetitive tasks
