We're looking for a dependable and motivated Production & Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position that combines production, fabrication, and warehouse responsibilities in a collaborative manufacturing environment. You'll play an important role in producing custom insulation products, maintaining an organized warehouse, and ensuring customer orders are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities
  • Fabricate and produce custom insulation boards and related products.
  • Cut insulation boards to customer specifications.
  • Assemble and hand-fabricate custom products.
  • Operate spray adhesive equipment in a spray booth environment.
  • Maintain and perform basic upkeep on production equipment.
  • Assist with product mock-up installations and testing.
  • Help develop and improve production processes and best practices.
  • Pull, package, palletize, and shrink-wrap customer orders for shipment.
  • Receive incoming materials and assist with loading and unloading freight.
  • Operate a forklift (tow motor) safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production and warehouse environment.
  • Complete other duties as assigned to support daily operations.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • At least one year of warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience.
  • Comfortable working with hand tools, cutting equipment, and in a spray booth environment.
  • Basic carpentry and mechanical aptitude.
  • Forklift (tow motor) experience or the ability to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and perform physical work throughout the day.
