Production & Warehouse Associate – Middlebury, IN
We are currently hiring for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift positions and looking to schedule interviews ASAP.
Shifts & Pay:
- 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM (overtime possible until 3:30 PM) | $18/hr
- 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM | $20/hr
- 3rd – 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM I $20/hr
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and assist with basic machine setup
- Perform general warehouse duties including packaging, labeling, and inventory tracking
- Use tools to build wood skids (nail gun, saws, tape measure)
- Operate a forklift (training provided if needed)
- Operate a Crane (training provided if needed)
- Inspect materials for quality and damage
- Move and distribute products to different departments
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, twisting, standing)
- Willingness to learn and work in both production and warehouse environments
