Job Title: Entry Level Production Welder
Pay: $19.00 - 20.00 per hour DOE
Hours: 6:00AM - 2:30PM, Monday Friday

As a Production Welder, you'll support daily production activities ensuring smooth operations. You'll work closely with your team to set up machinery, maintain quality standards, and troubleshoot issues, all while contributing to the company's growth and success.
What You'll Do
As a Production Welder, you will be responsible for:
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, fabrication drawings, and welding specifications.
Perform MIG welding and assist with TIG, FCAW, GTAW, and other welding processes as needed.
Set up and operate welding equipment, fixtures, and fabrication tools.
Assemble and weld metal components to meet quality and customer specifications.
Inspect completed welds and perform grinding or rework when necessary.
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
Perform basic maintenance on welding equipment.
Complete production documentation accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and PPE requirements.
Work closely with supervisors and team members and work on other tasks to meet production goals.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to successfully complete an in-house weld test.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Experience with MIG Welding.
Proficiency in MIG welding, including set up and servicing of welding machine.
Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols.
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Basic math skills, including measurements, fractions, and decimals.
Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, squares, and gauges.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Location & Schedule
