Production Welder

Essential Personnel is seeking a Production Welder to join a local Kearney manufacturing team! This is a great opportunity for welders to utilize their weld experience in a fast paced production environment while continuing to grow their skills. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of previous production welding experience, the ability to read and interpret blueprints and knowledge of welding processes and equipment. Preferred candidates will possess the ability to read a tape measure, the ability to work in a fast paced environment and a superior attendance record.

Requirements for Production Welder:

• Able to work independently

• Superior attendance record

• Production welding experience

• Able to read blueprints

Responsibilities for Production Welder:

• Prepare metals for welds

• Perform quality welds

• Utilize hand tools

• Follow safety guidelines
