Position Summary

This position is responsible for assembling and welding products using established jigs and processes to meet Seven Peaks' quality standards. Junior Welders focus primarily on welding while working alongside the production trainer to ensure efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for someone motivated, eager to learn, and interested in building a long-term career in welding and manufacturing.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Load materials into jigs and fixtures for assembly and welding
• Weld products according to production schedules and quality expectations
• Assist with material preparation as needed
• Consistently produce quality welds that meet Seven Peaks standards
• Follow all welding procedures and safety requirements
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Work collaboratively with team members and leadership
• Inspect completed products for quality and completeness
• Follow instructions and production priorities established by the Production Manager
• Support other production activities as needed

Skills & Qualifications

• Welding experience preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and improve daily
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Physical Requirements

• Stand and weld for extended periods throughout the workday
• Frequently lift and move materials up to 50 pounds
• Work in hot manufacturing and outdoor conditions
• Perform repetitive bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting motions
• Ability to safely perform physical labor throughout the shift
