TradeWorX is hiring Production/Shop Welders for multiple openings in the Youngstown, OH area. We are seeking dependable welders with manufacturing or fabrication experience who are committed to producing quality work in a safe, team-oriented shop environment.

Job Duties:
Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on production parts and fabricated assemblies.
Read and interpret basic blueprints, work orders, and weld symbols.
Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain a clean and safe work area while meeting production goals.
Work with team members to support daily production requirements.
Requirements:
Previous production or shop welding experience.
Ability to read a tape measure and basic blueprints.
Experience using common fabrication tools and welding equipment.
Ability to lift materials and work in a manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to quality and workplace safety.
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
Ideal Candidate:
