Production Welder

TradeWorX is hiring Production/Shop Welders for multiple openings in the Youngstown, OH area. We are seeking dependable welders with manufacturing or fabrication experience who are committed to producing quality work in a safe, team-oriented shop environment.

Pay & Overtime:

• $18.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience
• Overtime may be available based on production needs

Schedule:

• 1st and 2nd Shift Available
• Full-time
• Ongoing opportunity

Job Duties:

• Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on production parts and fabricated assemblies.
• Read and interpret basic blueprints, work orders, and weld symbols.
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while meeting production goals.
• Work with team members to support daily production requirements.

Requirements:

• Previous production or shop welding experience.
• Ability to read a tape measure and basic blueprints.
• Experience using common fabrication tools and welding equipment.
• Ability to lift materials and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to quality and workplace safety.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
