About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Workers for a distilling / beverage production company in Princeton, MN. In this role, you’ll support the production line by handling bottles and cases as they move through the manufacturing process. If you enjoy fast-paced, hands-on work and want reliable hours with weekly pay and extended weekends, this could be a great fit. Read below for more information!
What You’ll Do as a Production Worker:- Invert cases of empty bottles and place them onto the conveyor belt
- Move empty cases into the overhead conveyor system
- Observe bottles as they travel along the conveyor and remove or repair as needed
- Remove full bottles from the conveyor and place them into empty cases
- Lift sealed cases from the conveyor and stack them onto pallets
- Read and verify bar codes and labels
What You Need to Bring to the Production Worker Role:- Must have at least 6 months experience working in a production environment
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift (with breaks)
- Basic math and counting skills
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
