Schedule: Day Shift | Monday–Thursday | 6:00am–4:30pm (3-day weekend!)

What You'll Do as a Production Worker:- Measure, cut, and assemble wood components to build doors
- Operate sanding equipment, including orbital sanders and automatic sanding machines
- Use a Uni-saw to cut wood to precise lengths
- Stack and organize wood materials based on size and specifications
- Glue and assemble wood pieces to create finished doors
What You Need to Bring to the Production Worker Role:- Must have at least 6 months experience working in a production or manufacturing role within the last 3 years
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must be able to read a tape measure
- Must have mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for a 10-hour shift
- Previous manufacturing or woodworking experience is helpful but not required – entry-level candidates welcome
- Reliable transportation to the Princeton, MN area
