What You'll Do as a Production Worker:- Perform general labor tasks, including drilling, sanding, cutting, and material handling
- Operate hand and power tools to complete production tasks
- Handle and move materials throughout facility
- Follow detailed instructions to drill bands and perform other hands-on production processes
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines
What You Need to Bring to the Production Worker Role:- Comfortable working in a production environment, which may be dusty or dirty
- Comfortable with repetitive work and consistent physical labor
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time, depending on task requirements
- Willing to wear required PPE, including steel-toed boots
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally with or without reasonable accommodations
