As a Production Laborer, you'll be a key part of the team supporting daily operations by processing corrugated cardboard to produce high-quality boxes. You'll work closely with the production team to ensure safety, efficiency, and high standards of quality in every step of the process.
What You'll Do
As a Production Laborer, you will be responsible for:
- Operating machinery to efficiently process corrugated cardboard according to specifications.
- Adding color logos and accurately cutting out sections of cardboard using metal dies.
- Following detailed instructions to meet production standards and deadlines.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Supporting team efforts to optimize workflow and uphold safety protocols.
What Youll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- 6 months to 1 year of previous experience in manufacturing or production.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately to 1/16th of an inch.
- Good understanding of written and verbal instructions.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds safely.
