Job Title: Production Laborer Pay: $20.00 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (5am start with OT) Start Date: ASAP

As a Production Laborer, you'll be a key part of the team supporting daily operations by processing corrugated cardboard to produce high-quality boxes. You'll work closely with the production team to ensure safety, efficiency, and high standards of quality in every step of the process.
What You'll Do
As a Production Laborer, you will be responsible for:
Operating machinery to efficiently process corrugated cardboard according to specifications. Adding color logos and accurately cutting out sections of cardboard using metal dies. Following detailed instructions to meet production standards and deadlines. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times. Supporting team efforts to optimize workflow and uphold safety protocols.
What Youll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
A high school diploma or equivalent. 6 months to 1 year of previous experience in manufacturing or production. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Ability to read a tape measure accurately to 1/16th of an inch. Good understanding of written and verbal instructions. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds safely.
