Production Worker - 2nd Shift - Aurora

Responsibilities:

• Follow all machine operation safety guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
• Prepare materials by cutting, stacking, and labeling according to production needs.
• Assemble and organize products, ensuring each unit meets customer specifications.
• Conduct quality checks throughout production to identify any defects or issues.
• Keep up with production schedules, working efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Read and follow detailed shop orders to ensure accuracy in production.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor machine or process issues during operation.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace to support safe and efficient workflow.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with machines like flexo folder gluers, flexo presses, or rotary die cutters is a plus.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety procedures and willingness to follow company policies.
• Flexibility to adjust to changing work demands when needed.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Must be able to read and comprehend instructions in English for safety and operational purposes.
